Nor Cal is a very cost effective show. You will only be away from your business for two days at the most. Some exhibitors with easy displays can set up between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. on show day. Along with the booth display area you will have a listing in the show directory and a listing online on the website giving you double exposure for your money.
 
Booth space is $750 per 10x10 with a $50 discount for members of the California Association of Nurseries & Garden Centers.
 
The San Mateo Event Center, home to Nor Cal for nearly all of its 30 years, is centrally located at the convergence of Hwy. 101 and Hwy. 92. Once onsite you'll be directed to the door closest to your booth space. Expo Hall has access on all four sides of the building. Forklifts are provided to move your product in and out at no additional cost.
 
Nor Cal was created in 1980 by the members of four chapters of the California Association of Nurseries and Garden Centers (Central, Monterey Bay, Peninsula and Redwood Empire) to provide a regional venue for small and medium sized companies, who for reasons of time and finances could not participate in larger shows. 
 
The show is run with volunteer labor from the four chapters. A steering committee of 12 members donate their time to give direction and support to the show through out the year. During the two days of the show the chapters provide 50 volunteers to run all aspects of the show from move in and move out, registration, decorations and booth sign ups.
